A maintenance free Ultra room can be installed in one day. Ultra’s insulated panels replace, in one simple installation, the time, supplies and labour formerly used in constructing with concrete block, wood and plaster. Both finished sides of the insulated panels are installed simultaneously eliminating huge amounts of labour and costs involved in conventional construction.

Our Northern Country Room Deluxe Wall System and roof panels are 3" thick, utilizing a 3-ply sandwich construction. Each panel core consists of expanded polystyrene, producing a high ‘R’ factor value from R12 up to R48. This core will not deteriorate from moisture, is lightweight, waterproof and virtually soundproof. The insulation value of each panel is equal to approximately 10" of hardwood or 48" of brick.
